High strength electrical laminated wood
Electrical laminated wood is an insulating and supporting material widely used in transformers and transducers. It has the advantages of moderate specific gravity, high mechanical strength, easy vacuum drying, and easy mechanical processing. Its dielectric constant is close to that of transformer oil, and its insulation coordination is reasonable. It can be used in transformer oil at 105°C for a long time. Electrical laminated wood has been widely used in oil-immersed transformers to make parts such as upper and lower pressure plates, lead brackets, iron yoke pads, etc., and used to make clamps in transformers. It replaces steel plates, insulating paperboards, epoxy paperboards, etc. The application of epoxy glass cloth board in these aspects reduces the weight and material cost of the transformer. Electrical laminated wood board is a veneer made of birch wood by steaming, peeling and drying. After coating with special insulating glue, it is made by high temperature and high pressure.
